USA Road Trip Send Off with Vintage Camper Couples Session in Baltimore, Maryland

To say I was excited to get an email about photographing Becky and Chris would be an understatement. I was sold when Becky told me that they had bought and refurbished a vintage camper to get ready for a 10 week trek across the good ‘ol U-S-of-A. It brought back some serious nostalgia when I was 15 years old and packed up my bags to leave with my grandparents and their Airstream trailer for a cross country road trip across the United States for an entire summer. I couldn’t have been more excited for Becky and Chris as they prepared for their journey.

I met Becky and Chris at Becky’s parent’s house where they were currently storing the camper as they worked on it. Becky and Chris live in downtown Baltimore so her parents place out in the Maryland countryside was the best place for all their projects. And the drive to get there was beyond gorgeous!

I was so lucky to be able to photograph them the day before they left for their trip. Their five year wedding anniversary was that upcoming weekend and they were kicking off their adventure by stopping by where they got married and staying a few nights to celebrate.
